This is now our new go to place for burgers. We got there at 1400 on Tuesday July 4 and we were able to sit upon arrival. I would expect it to be busier with a wait time at more peak times. I would easily wait an hour for a seat. At first we had a problem with the music being played. It was an unedited 2-PAC song with plenty of bad words, and we had our 6 year old daughter with us. I brought this to the cook's attention and he stopped what he was doing immediately and changed it to more family friendly music. The cheeseburgers are very tasty and juicy, and for me, had the perfect amount of salt and pepper. The fries were good as well, but the star of the show is obviously the wagyu burgers! They are my new number 1 on my list that I've encountered on our travels. We went there by car and there is a parking garage less than a 5 minute walk away. The train station is probably less than 15 minutes away, so it's easy to get to. The chef spoke enough English to make our ordering process easy. He was friendly and courteous like you would expect from any local...
Read moreThis place is really tasty. My husband and I always enjoy our meals and the staff are really friendly. Sadly, the store recently made a few changes that will stop us from going back, but may not bother other peple. First, they changed entirely to QR ordering, which is not bad in itself. The ordering process includes agreeing to some fine print allowing the restuarant to become your LINE friend and spam you with ads, so we didn't appreciate the invasive aspect to placing a simple order. Deceptively invasive ordering practices are a deal breaker for us. Second, the restaurant has stopped accepting cash and only takes electronic payment. We only pay in cash, so this is a second deal breaker for us. We will miss the tasty food though, and we may walk by the shop in about six months to see if they've gone back to a mode of interaction that we...
Read moreIt's a small place and you order and pay as soon as you enter the restaurant. I ordered the double cheese burger with fries and their own Shogun beer. The beer turned out to be a belgian type beer with alot of taste, I quite liked it. The burger itself was quite big, very juicy and had a good texture and came with alot of cheese. The seasoning was just right for me, so I had no reason to use mustard, ketchup or any of their three hot sauces. I did however add the extra strong hot sauce in combination with the mustard to the fries and the hot sauce was very god. All in all an enjoyable experience and I would come again when I have a hankering for...
