Ishihara — Restaurant in Tokyo

We visited this soba noodle shop after a trip to Gotokuji Temple and had two of the lunch menus along with tuna sashimi as an appetizer. The food was fresh, flavorful, and very satisfying – a real highlight of our day.

There is an English menu available, which makes ordering easy, though the staff speak only a little English. That actually added to the charm, as everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. The interior has a warm, antique style that gives the place a very authentic and cozy atmosphere.

世田谷通りをクルマで通っていると、いつも賑わっているな〜いつか行きたいね〜！と言っていたお店！

カツ丼が食べたくなって近くの食べれるお店を調べたらこちらが上がってきたので、すかさず訪問！

13時過ぎでしたが、お店の半分が埋まってる、といった感じで、そんなに混んでません。

蕎麦屋ということで、年齢層がかなり高め。

世田谷の、お金をもったシニアたちが、昼から蕎麦とお酒を楽しんでいました。

メニューを見ると…カツ丼が無い…。

なんだよ〜。

まぁ、ちゃんと調べてない自分が悪いので。

蕎麦屋さんに来たら、蕎麦も食べないとな！

と気を取り直して。

※ランチCセット　1100円　ミニ天丼とざる蕎麦セット 蕎麦のだし汁は、カツオが効いていて、味は結構濃いです。蕎麦を全部浸けるとしょっぱいですね。少しつける位が美味しいです。

だから、これだけだし汁が少ないんですね。 初め、少っ！と思いましたが、この濃さならそんなに減らない（笑）

蕎麦は喉越しも良く、美味しいです！

そして天丼！ 衣サクサクでタレの濃さも丁度良く、上品で美味しい！

正直なところ、メンズには、この量では全然足りませんが、これで1100円なら満足できると思いました！

おつまみのメニューも豊富、天ぷらから魚屋まで！
