Funny name but but a great burger. Not a ton of options on the menu, which tells me they are just trying to do a few that are stellar. I got a pretty standard option, with mayo, lettuce, tomato, and cheese, and the bit of burnt cheese just added a level of texture that was unexpected. This burger is legit. Might even go out on a limb and say my favourite burger in Tokyo.

Standard issue burger is good at a nice even ¥1,000, but throw an extra ¥200 in for the extra cheese and this is when things get taken next level.

かなり美味しく味については星５つ❗️🤩 頂いたのはチーズバーガー（1,200円） それに少しフライドポテトが少し付いてきます。 パテは赤身肉の味わいが良く、程よい噛み応え。パテにかかっているのはマジックスパイス的なものでしょうか？それもパテと一緒に良い仕事してます🙆‍♂️ パテを鉄板で焼くときにチーズを乗せるのですが、パテに乗っていた部分はトロトロ、パテからはみ出し鉄板で直接焼かれたものはカリカリ。2パターン楽しめて美味しいです🧀 野菜は玉ねぎ、トマト、レタスが挟まれており、厚さや大きさは全体的なバランスを考えられている印象で玉ねぎの辛みもなく丁寧に焼いてくれます。 それらを挟み込むバンズは少し固さとモッチリ感があり、パテに負けない存在感がナイス。都内でも屈指の美味しいお店と言えます。 少し厳しい評価かもしれませんが、星を１つ減らしたのは2人いた店員さんのうち男性のアルバイトの方でしょうか、しきりに携帯の画面を触り、洗う事なくそのままその手でバンズなどに触れていました。ハンバーガーでそれやっちゃダメです🙅‍♂️ これ...
