Funny name but but a great burger. Not a ton of options on the menu, which tells me they are just trying to do a few that are stellar. I got a pretty standard option, with mayo, lettuce, tomato, and cheese, and the bit of burnt cheese just added a level of texture that was unexpected. This burger is legit. Might even go out on a limb and say my favourite burger in Tokyo. Standard issue burger is good at a nice even ¥1,000, but throw an extra ¥200 in for the extra cheese and this is when things get taken next level. A handful of cheese is melted right there on the grill, forming a slab of crispy cheese goodness which is loaded onto the burger. Shieeeet.
