The best tonkatsu in my life! I have ordered the loin tonkatsu, it's super juicy inside and crispy outside. The home-made tonkatsu sauce is fantastic, not tatse like the mass brand. You can also select the size of slide cabbage, the fuji-san size and normal size 😂 The side dish are tasty and fresh. Miso soup is so-so but it comes with a variety of veggie and meat. The staff is generous and polite. When they know that I am foreigner, they tried to communicate with me to finish the order.

If I was a character in manga, the light came out from my mouth for sure. I hope the granma staff will stay healthy and keep cooking reall good mama taste tonkatsu forever.

The most tender tonkatsu I have ever had! Highly recommended if you're in town! From their website, it seems they are a meat wholesaler and this is their restaurant. They make their own tonkatsu sauce as well. There is a kiosk just inside the door, order and get your ticket before waiting in the queue. Credit cards are not accepted, only cash and line pay. The best fried pork chop in Tokyo and the price is very good. The pork chop is super tender and juicy. The panko is crispy. It melted in your mouth. The cabbage and rice can have different size with the same price. The set meal come with soup. And the soup is not regular miso soup. It has vegetable and pork broth. The staffs are super friendly and nice to non Japanese speaking tourist like me. The only drawback for this store is the size. The store is small.
