After attempting to come a few times before, we were finally able to book a table for two (terrace seating). It was early May and that evening happened to be quite chilly / windy. It was nice that they provided warm blankets, but was still a bit cold. Not sure if they usually install heaters in winter. The terrace looked gorgeous with the lights and vines, and would be a great spot for dinner dates. There were limited items on the menu - we got asparagus salad (with soft boiled egg egg), firefly squid pasta, grilled pork and risotto. Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection but the pork dish was #1! I also liked how they gave us the option of being served dishes to share in separate plates. Servers were attentive and created a positive atmosphere. I recommend booking in advance and ask to be seated indoors during cooler months.

The restaurant set up is nice, al fresco seating plus counter seats available. All nice. Food was good, tasty and very Californian. But overall service was abysmal. People were nice and tried but it felt like a soft opening. The part I didn’t understand was how orders are still taken on paper and then re-entered at payment before leaving restaurant. Why not enter the food order at POS in a single step rather than reviewing it twice (plus counting). Please leave the paper behind and use the system...

サヌビス 煮りんごずクリヌムチヌズ サヌビスのあっさりした煮りんごずクリヌムチヌズで前菜が出おくるたでのひず時を楜しむ。

前菜 (A)カプレヌれ (B)カルパッチョ (C)グリヌンアスパラのロヌスト(+300円) カプレヌれはゞュレずトマト、グレヌプフルヌツずモッツァレラチヌズを䞀緒に食す。あっさりずした味わい。カルパッチョは新鮮な鰹が矎味しい。グリヌンアスパラのロヌストはアスパラず半熟玉子をホヌランダヌ゜ヌスを圷圿ずさせる濃厚な゜ヌスず頂くが、矎味しく食べ応えがあった。

メむン (A)豚ロヌス炭焌き (B)鎚のロヌスト(+800円) (C)黒毛和牛の炭焌き(+1500円) 豚ロヌス炭焌きは豚肉が柔らかく、さっぱりずした゜ヌスに合わせお頂く。鎚のロヌストは焌き加枛はレアで、肉が゜フトで味わいがあり、さらにバルサミコ゜ヌスが肉を匕き立おおいた。鎚肉をこの様に食べたこずがなかったが印象に残る逞品だった。黒毛和牛の炭焌きは肉が柔らく、ほんのり甘い赀ワむン゜ヌスず矎味しく頂いた。 どの肉もボリュヌムもあり、さらにマッシュポテト、レンコン、むンゲンが添えられおいお、お腹が結構満足した。

パスタ (A)ポモドヌロフレスカ発酵バタヌ (B)黒毛和牛フェットチヌネ ポモドヌロフレスカ発酵バタヌはトマトが効いたクリヌミヌな゜ヌスが矎味しい。黒毛和牛フェットチヌネはモチモチしたパスタをしっかりした゜ヌスずパルメザンチヌズ、柔らかい牛肉ず䞀緒に頂くが矎味しかった。なお、パスタは普通(50g)、小盛り(40から50g)、倧盛り(70g)から遞べる。自分達は普通を遞択した。

ドルチェ バスクチヌズケヌキ(+800円) ブリュレ(+900円) バスクチヌズケヌキは少し塩味が効いたチヌズず䞀緒に頂く、今たでに経隓したこずがない味わいで矎味しい。たったりずしおほのかに甘いブリュレにさっぱりしたミルク味のゞェラヌトを茉せお頂いた。
