Kin Sushi — Restaurant in Tokyo

My kids wanted to get sushi from an authentic restaurant so we went there after seeing good reviews while I made my son’s grad trip to Tokyo. First we were asked to take the seat and then asked to leave saying that the seats are reserved. Very unprofessional and rude attitude. 2023年9月現在は、月曜定休17時から24時くらいまで休憩なしで営業されています。私は飲酒をしないため、1人前7千円程度でしたが、飲酒をされて、アラカルトを中心とした注文だと、多めの予算を想定されたほうが良いと思います。

【価格】 安価と思います。飲食店が多い都内、その中にあり材料の争奪が激しい中、基本に忠実な江戸前寿司のメニューと価格表示がされています。珍しい魚を求められる方はお勧めしません。こちらは正当派江戸前の町寿司なので、握りもネタも大きめなので、私の想定している価格より5割程安いと思いました。

【仕事】 丁寧で、大胆な握り方ですが、仕込みを見ていると丁寧な下処理をされており、こちらも心配りが垣間見えます。また、ご主人の調理用白衣も綺麗なのは、かなり好印象です。1人前数万円のお店でも、調理用白衣は汚れている方もおりますので、かなりの好印象です。
