Finally managed to check the place out after seeing it suggested on google.
The place itself is cozy and exhumed high-class and relaxing atmosphere, which translated also in the cooking from the staff: the food was being prepared in a professional and dedicated way, with ingredients that are organic and nutritious.
The staff is very friendly, can be talked to before, during and after dinner, and it seems you can ask for wine recommendations to go along with your food!
The menu initially had the original patty as main specialty, but has expanded and also changes seasonally, which makes it for good variety.
The burger itself along the fries was very tasty, and you could see the touch of dedicated flavor added by the chef even on the fries. The tea was also organic, and you can choose which flavor to drink. Definitely need to check out the other dishes as well.
The staff also discussed with me regarding Japan and recommended me places to visit, which I really appreciated. The talks and friendliness might make many foreigners that feel a bit of coldness in Japan feel right at home instead.
Recommended to try and to bring even non-vegan...

Had someone visit in Tokyo who is celiac and lactose intolerant. The waitor and kitchen were so accommodating in making sure the items we ordered were suitable for our needs. Oh, and the food hits and the drinks are cheap and delicious!
