オタクに優しい公園です。開放的で、警備員もいるので、女性が1人でいても（多少の）安心感があります。 トイレも綺麗です。

【中池袋公園での トレーディングについて】 他の公園利用者の妨げになっています。 園内での以下の行為は禁止です。

①荷物や物品を床面やベンチ等に広げる行為 Do not spread luggage/goods on the ground or benches

②金銭の授受を伴うトレーディング行為 No monetary transaction trading

【注意事項】 自転車・バイクの園内での乗り入れ・駐車は行わないでください。

Please do not enter or park your bicycle or motorcycle in the park.

スケートボード等は園内では乗らないでください。

Please do not ride skateboards in the park.

ゴミを放置しないでください。

Please do not leave the trash.

You could call this a nice place to relax over day, but in the later hours it transforms into a meeting place for young folk to just hang out and trade (anime/game) cards. Which really gives it its own atmosphere and a fun place to be just sipping on a...

Not a park, more like a small public plaza, accommodates events on week-ends as it’s surrounded and on the way to big venues like Toho cinemas, I wouldn’t recommend to go visit it, you’ll surely go by if you’re ikebukuro East, the Owl...
