Dissapointing experience here. My girlfriend and I visited Ko-La on a weekend night. Almost every table was occupied. It has a not romantic but energetic atmosphere. We were not impressed by the service and food quality.
Good points: nice interiors staffs are friendly and helpful if you ask for help
