Stumbled upon this café/restaurant while looking for somewhere that served vegetarian-friendly meals, which can be had to find in Japan. The staff were friendly and very patient with our questions (group of four) and our limited Japanese, provided the menu in English and willingly modified some dishes according to vegetarian and other dietary requirements. This is also something that we couldn't find at any other Japanese restaurants. Also, the dishes are served with small side salads, which is not very common in Japan.
