As a Coeliac traveling in Japan I was very excited to find this bakery online! I went first thing in the morning (quite a trip by train) and bought a huge bag of treats to try! It was the only chance I got to eat bread products in my three week trip so it was very exciting. Highlights were the red bean steamed bun, custard tarts, red bean bread, lemon and poppy seed bread and pumpkin donut!
