Shoji, the instructor/chef, owns this small business, providing interesting information, fun cooking, and a delicious meal. Shoji speaks limited English, but his translator, Toshiko, is nice and accommodating, and it's great to see the interaction between them. We recommend this experience 100% from a fellow business owner at Koh Samui, Thank...
