Carrot cake 🎂 Black Latte 🖤

I came to this cafe as a part of carrot cake quest 🥕 The carrot cake tasted delicate and tender. I would prefer more seasoned one with spices or sweeter sponge cake but it’s about a person’s taste.

The Black Latte was normal latte with a cute latte art on top. The distinct colour of Black Latte highlighted the intricate latte art.

The cup and plate were the cherryon top of the cake 🍒owners’ commitment to details will satisfy your aesthetic sense without fail.

The interior design and plenty of green lit my mood and I could unwind carelessly.

Apparently this coffee shop has been interviewed repeatedly by many magazines or books and it was another delight to read those magazines regarding cafes or designs in such a cozy environment.

I even bought two sets of earrings which were imports from Taiwan 🇹🇼 as souvenirs for myself 🤎💙

The long queue outside, which is especially long on weekends, might deter you from coming in but you can order go-to coffee without queuing 😉

All in all, I fell for this cafe and it won’t be long before I came...

The hand drip was as expected from a specialty coffee shop. The flavours of the blend I ordered were present, but not in any exceptionally dynamic way. I was a little disappointed that the amount of coffee served, which was one cup full, is less than a typical pourover.

More than the coffee, I was impressed by the pistachio basque cheesecake. A delightful balance between fluffy and dense, and well incorporated pistachio flavor. I was missing the pistachios on top, but didn't need it. Great to share.

They don't allow laptops and they don't have WiFi, but the music at moderate volume and calm atmosphere would make a great reading or writing spot.
