Tried the tomato beef noodles. Tasty broth with lots of flavour and a kick of spiciness, generous amount of stewed beef chunks, topped with a bit of diced tomatoes, chingensai (bok choi), and pickled mustard greens. Noodles are thick and flat wheat noodles that aren't actually made in-house but taste really fresh with a nice chewy texture. Only slight downside is it's a little pricey but not too extravagant, 1600 yen just for the noodle dish alone. Friendly staff, and a cute little cat sitting in a basket. Is it real? Go find out. Will definitely be back for...

Cozy little spot that is tucked away from the crowded ShimoKitazawa. Each plate was perfectly seasoned with right amount of salt and the other seasonings that reminds you of Taiwan. Absolutely delicious—the sets here are so simple, but so comforting. I ordered their ルーロー飯定食, and I thought the portion size was just enough with all of the sides/vegetables included. The shop itself is also very cozy and cutely decorated, and the staff here were polite.
