I had the iwanori ramen and it was delicious. The aroma of the yuzu citrus was refreshing and the soup soaked into all five organs. Especially since it was a cold day, this warm ramen was comforting.
Next time I would like to try the most popular tsukemen. The meat was delicious and they seemed to change the noodles for each one, so I am looking forward to it. I also tried the special ramen, which was excellent with three kinds of chashu pork, plenty of nori (seaweed), and a thick broth that seemed to have been dissolved with dried sardines.
