Minato Shokudo — Restaurant in Tokyo

This place is the quintessence of Japanese fast food! You buy a ticket outside, hand it at the counter inside and a few minutes later, you are called to get your order. No need to speak, no hustles, just you and your food. So, the service was very fast. I had the tuna bowl, it took less than 5 minutes to get the meal. You can get fresh water or warm hojicha tea at the counter. Self serving of course.

The food was normal. Do not look for anything fancy or exceptional here. You get what you pay for. Fresh fish on a warm bowl of rice. You will have wasabi and soya sauce to accompany your bowl. The dashi soup was a great addition to the all. Not wure why people give this place 1 star for the food. What exactly are they expecting for 1000 yen of kaisen don?? Again, if you are looking for something fancy and extravagant, pass your way. This is a simple, cheap and not bad at all Japanese fast food place.

The atmosphere is simple just like everything. Maybe the tables needs some cleaning after each client as ou might find some liquid left on the table. Not very Japanese standard.

A perfect place for a quick, fresh, and fulfilling suhi meal right in front of Ebisu station. After paying for your meal at the ticket machine in front of the shop, the staffs will swiftly prepare your meal and they will announce your dish for you to pick up with the ticket you receive from the machine. I had the variety bowl for 1,300 yen. Everything was fresh and tasty, especially the ikura, which made me feel like being at the sea. Even the soup which looks so clear you might imagine it to be favourless turn out to be full of umami flavour. This is the kind of restaurant that make me want to keep coming back to...
