Pizza Salvatore Cuomo — Restaurant in Tokyo

We came here after the TeamLabs event in search for some food. My wife has been asking to see if we could find some Italian food. We came across this spot and it seemed promising. The place looked true to an Italian restaurant but the dust settled into some areas above on the TV was unsettling. We ordered the food and waited. My fettuccine arrived and we waited for my wife’s pasta… which never came. Our dessert came and we notified the waiter that our food never came and he confessed that he forgot to put it into the system. Not only did we wait until close to their closing time to get the food but it was made in a hurry and we were still charged for the food…....

Worst experience. We visited from out of town and planned our day to visit here after our Tokyo team lab event. They changed their hours and did not update their hours. We arrived at 10 and they would not serve us. Not even take out. They said they changed their hours last month. A whole month and did not update their times. So disappointing to be visiting and to have this happen. When you rely on Google and they do not answer their phone that is very disheartening. Especially when you have to walk a distance...

We're from New York and have had a lot of good pizza. This place is excellent. The crust isn't your classic new york thin crust, but the more artisan style that you sometimes need a fork and knife for--and it's just fantastic.
