There were so many empty tables but the staff did not let me and my boyfriend take a seat. It was clearly that it was not because of coronavirus. There were more than 70% of the tables available, it is impossible to not be available for only 2 people. After we got in, there were a few groups coming after us but they could get in without waiting. I cannot find any reason why they did not let us in and they had enough staffs to take care of the shop. Only us that had to wait in the front. We understand Japanese too and we are asian so they should not feel scared of us or anything. We waited until they served every table. Very disappointing and they should improve themselves. This was my first time having tsukemen. The noodles were bouncy and had a nice firm udon-like texture but the soup was monotonous and heavy. The yuzu was a nice accent and there were a variety of condiments (spiced vinegar, bonito salt, etc) to customise your bowl but it did not really enhance my enjoyment of the bowl. Maybe I just don’t like tsukemen. My favourite part was adding the hot broth to dilute the soup after finishing the noodles as recommended on the eating instructions. The diluted soup was delicious. 久々に太陽カンカン照りで、ツルッと食べたいなぁ、という衝動に襲われ、たまたま近くを通ったときに見つけた五反田の三田製麺所を来訪しました。
外でアルコール消毒してイン。店内一番奥のカウンターへ案内されました。 美味しそうな唐揚げの写真を見て、よしこれにしようと思ったものの、最近胃も弱くなって来たこともあり、唐揚げはキツいと身体が訴えてきたため、諦めて三田盛りランチ中盛り（辛つけ麺冷）をオーダー。オーダー時に紙エプロン利用を聞かれたのでお願いしました。
待つこと１０分程度。メニュー通りの素敵なつけ麺が到着しました(๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧ 麺は輝きを放っており、スープはラー油系？の膜で覆われていました。 まずチャーシューから頂きましたが、ホロホロ系ではなく、締まって歯ごたえのあるチャーシューで、中々美味しい🐷でした😺 麺をスープにくぐらせ引き揚げると、スープがガッツリ麺に絡みついてきました。とても濃厚なスープですね。ツルっと一口。辛つけ麺でしたが、辛さはマイルドで、辛いのが苦手な方でもおそらく大丈夫と思える辛さでした。麺はモッチモチで弾力があり、麺そのものの旨さを感じつつ、絡んだスープの旨味も感じつつで、とても美味しかったです🤩
自分には辛さが物足りなかったため、途中卓上の唐辛子をスープに満遍なく振りかけ、辛変したところ、好みの辛さまで仕上がり、さらに美味しかったです🤣 スープは最後までかなりこってりでしたが、残さず飲み干しました(笑)おそらく割りスープも卓上にありましたが、割らずもオススメです😺（濃いのが大丈夫な方向け）
