The bakery on the first floor is nice and very cute. The upstairs is filled with nostalgic memorabilia from the 90s (Flintstones, Peanuts, random toys, and posters, etc.). On the second floor, there is seating and you can order food and drink there. The menu is handwritten in Japanese with only the headers translated in English. The waitress was patient and tried helping with translating though. I had the panini which was just okay and kind of bland, but my friend had the french toast which was very fluffy and good. Seems like the menu is probably hit or miss with the food, so I'm not sure I would recommend the cafe side. I do want to come back for the bakery though.
Edit: We went back to grab a couple things from the bakery in the morning, and while the bakery items look really good, they were also lack luster and a bit bland. The bread was stale and was tough to bite into. Wouldn't suggest anything here unless you specifically come for the french toast. A bit of a disappointment considering how friendly...
