Muttis Kuchen is a beautiful cake shop offering German cake specialties such Baumtorte fondant, Penguin Kugulov, Linzer Torte, Walnut pie, but also bretzels, pound cakes, cookies, baked by Chef-Pâtissier and owner Ms. Hatsuki HONGO. The place is not easy to locate as it stands in a remote and small alley of the Chazawa-Dori. You must identify a small parking cone to the German flag colors and proceed to the end of the alley, the shop being located in a small individual house. Chef-Pâtissier HONGO has been trained some 10 years in Germany, in Dortmund and Munich, and got a German certification. There is a tiny place in the garden with a bench for eating-in but the shop is normally for take-out. 三軒茶屋周辺でケーキ屋を探してると見つけたお店 ドイツ菓子専門らしい。気になるって事で。
場所は奥まった場所にありました。 隠れ家的なお店で、こじんまりしてます。
見た事のないケーキやお菓子や出来立てケーキなどがズラッと並べられております。
迷いに迷って王道を。
オーダー ・バウムドルテ 400円
美味しかった。
当店は1種類じゃなく、複数選んで食べた方が満足感、記憶にも残りそう。
次回は最低3種類は頼もう。

While searching for a cake shop around Sangenjaya, I found this place specializing in German sweets—it instantly caught my attention.
It’s tucked away in a quiet corner, giving it a cozy, hidden-gem feel. Inside, the shop is small but charming, with rows of unique cakes and pastries I’d never seen before, plus freshly made treats.
After much deliberation, I went for a classic choice: • Baumtorte – ¥400
It was delicious.
I feel like this is the kind of shop where choosing several items—not just one—will leave you more satisfied and with a stronger memory of the visit.
