Onigiri Café Risaku

I am not happy at all. First thing I noticed was sitting cushion. I’m sure nobody want to seat that kind of dirty cushion. color’s faded and stains all over. Second, upper part of tea cup was broken. They don’t care about detail. Also, there is a hair on my side dish. I’ve lost my appetite since then. When the employee came to my table, I told her quietly there’s something on my side dish. she took the dish away. While I was waiting, another employee looked into the dish in the kitchen. she’s holding up the dish close to the light, try to find problems. really? A hair was obvious and there’s nothing to investigate more. Chef didn’t wear cooking cap or net. A short hair was from him. They replaced it finally but didn’t apologize properly. Usually, when this things happen, employee or manger apologize sincerely and try to explain where it’s from how this things happened and make sure will not happen again in the future, right? 반찬에서 머리카락 나왔는데 사과도 제대로 안하고 어물쩡 넘어가려고 하네요 이곳은 ㅎㅎ 요리하는 아저씨 조리모 안쓰고 그냥 일하시던데 짧은 머리카락 누가봐도 쉡 아저씨꺼... 두명이 가서 천팔백엔 냈으면 가격도 비싸고 맛도 솔직히 없었어요. 젊은 여자종업원이 반찬그릇 불빛에 비춰보는데 제가 뻔히 대각선으로 보이는 위치에서 그러는거 기분 나빴네요. 한국에서 이런 일이 있었으면 제대로 사과도 받고 아마 그냥 가시라고 하지 않았을까 생각되네요. 들어가자 마자 더러운 방석과 깨진 찻잔을 내왔을때 나왔어야 했는데 굳이 시켜 먹은 제가 바보네요 ㅋㅋㅋ
