Nestled in the heart of Toshima, Oreryu Shio Ramen stands as a beacon of culinary excellence, offering a gastronomic experience that transcends mere sustenance. From the moment you step through the doors, you're enveloped in an atmosphere of warmth and authenticity, setting the stage for what promises to be an unforgettable dining adventure.
The star of the show, of course, is the shio ramen itself. Each bowl is a masterpiece, carefully crafted with precision and passion. The broth, a symphony of flavors, strikes the perfect balance between rich umami and delicate saltiness, leaving your taste buds dancing with delight. The noodles, firm yet yielding, provide the ideal canvas for soaking up every last drop of this liquid gold. And let's not forget the toppings – from tender slices of chashu pork to perfectly cooked ajitama eggs, each component is executed with finesse, adding layers of complexity to an already extraordinary dish.
And then there's the service – attentive, friendly, and genuinely passionate about sharing their love for ramen with each and every customer.
Although we are foreigners, from the moment we placed our order to the final slurp of noodles, we're made to feel like a valued guest, welcomed into the Oreryu family with open arms.

Wonderful experience, tasty ramen, staff is friendly and have some basic English. Please give this...

Below are pictures of the difference between the 2 soups, one is when I came here to eat in April, and the other is...
