This was my first time eating at Outback Steakhouse in Tokyo and overall, it was a pretty nice experience.
I visited there with my buddy who's also a foodie, he ordered a bacon cheese burger and a side of half bbq ribs. And I ordered a bbq ribs, and their famous kookaburra wings(I asked my kookaburra wings to be hot since I could choose its spiciness).
While me and my buddy was waiting for our foods to come out, they brought us a little loaf of honey bread with some kind of unsweetened whipped cream which was delicious. And yes it's free. You can actually ask for more. So we did. And then they brought kookaburra wings which was served with blue cheese dip, which I absolutely adore.
After finishing our appetizers, they immediately brought our mains.
So my bbq ribs, it was big and fall off the bone. My buddy's burger was also huge and his half bbq ribs was almost as big as mine even though it was "half". While we were eating, a waitress came up to us and asked if our foods were cooked properly. Overall we enjoyed every single food we ordered. With delicious foods and good customer services, we were definitely satisfied.

I came here as part of a fairly large group of friends who hadn't had this type of cuisine before, because it's not common in Japan, and we were totally satisfied with our experience. The deep fried onion appetizer was impressive, the ribs tasted great, the steaks were fairly good, and the drink menu did not disappoint. It's definitely a good choice for people who have never tried this kind of American food before, and the decor of the restaurant makes for a friendly atmosphere. This is a rather large restaurant, so you could easily come here with a party of 10 or 12 people as long as you have reservations. It's also located very close to the station.
If we're looking for weak points, I think the price has to be considered. Of course steak is generally expensive, so maybe it's unavoidable, but I feel like if you searched perhaps you could find comparable quality for slightly cheaper. And the serving sizes are extra large, which is fine for me, but your average Japanese customer might not need all of that food.
