A coffee shop hidden away in the alleys near Yasukuni.

This place is a must visit for specialty coffee lovers. I tried their hand-drip coffee on ice, and it was lovely! They had a selection of beans you can choose from. The matcha was also quite good.

I also tried their espresso shot. Their espresso beans are roasted on the lighter side, so expect a bit more fruitiness and acidity in their espresso-based drinks. I'm a fan of this style so no problem for me.

One thing though, they don't accept cash, only card or maybe other cashless payments. Which is a rarity in Japan.

This coffee shop was absolutely stunning. I had an iced Ethiopian hand drip and my partner had the Geisha Peach varietal hand drip. The two people serving today were kind and clearly very good at what they do; providing a very relaxing and welcoming environment to us both, it was a treat to watch them create the coffees for us.
