My rating is based on my and my partner’s experience at the hotel. While the hotel itself is satisfactory, the behavior of the female kitchen staff and the waitress was extremely rude. They would often say we couldn’t order two of the same sides despite us paying for them without any evidence or explanation. Other guests also were told they couldn’t order the same sides. |On one occasion, we arrived 10 minutes late for breakfast and were refused entry despite other guests being served. The next day, the reception staff informed us that we could use two coupons on the day, but the kitchen staff refused to accept them.|When we approached the reception to inquire about the refusal, the kitchen staff took our meal from the table. This behavior was particularly puzzling, given that breakfast had ended at 10:00 AM and it was only 9:30 AM. Furthermore, we observed that both female staff members were eating when we returned to retrieve our meal.|Despite paying for breakfast, we were denied a refund due to our tardiness. However, the most concerning incident occurred when the kitchen staff took our food on the last occasion. Their behavior was disrespectful and disgusting.|Additionally, it is worth noting that when we approached the reception to seek clarification on the refund issue, both female kitchen staff members were present and engaged in a heated conversation with the receptionist. This behavior was highly inappropriate and unprofessional, as we were unable to comprehend their conversation or effectively defend ourselves. |In conclusion, definitely don’t get the breakfast here (there are other restaurants nearby, they give a lot more food and cheaper overall) and it doesn’t really suit or cater for foreigners.Overall, thank you reception and cleaners who were nice to us. Cleaners, you are amazing and very sweet for ensuring our room was cleaned everyday. Reception, thank you for giving us a pot of noodles for their behaviour and...

Their shower has very good heater and the toilet bowl is very techy, you only need to push the buttons for bidet. Cool tech and advanced. It is a very major plus points for me, most of all their effort to exercise and educate people on segregating plastics vs biodegradable waste. They also give you an option to reward you with a bottle of mineral water if you opt not to have your bedding linens changed on make up room requests.||Our booking didn't come with breakfast but not to worry, they have convenience stores nearby like Family Mart, 7/11 and Lawson.||Their staff can communicate english fairly well. ||There's a laundry machine and dryer in the hotel for 100 yen per use. ||Wifi works quite well, tv cable options that have english language are news channels only like cnn, if you want you can pay for other programs.||They are very trusting, i hope people don't abuse it..you can leave your hotel card on the drop box at the front desk if you are leaving early.||Japanese staff are very polite, on time and dedicated. All in all (besides the space) I...

I simply can't give 5 stars due to the size of the rooms. Very very VERY small and I'm traveling alone with one rolling carry-on style suitcase. If a couple or family you WILL need a larger room that the single room I booked. There is a small refrigerator but storage space is practically only the suitcase or piling on the desk. If the price were not US$117 incl tax per night, I would be a bit more lenient. My view is of the next building's wall, which is ok for privacy, of course.
That said: the hotel is clean and quiet, the room is dark with the drapes closed. My room was cared for every day, the staff is very friendly, and there are a lot of little amenities in the room. The AC is amazing, and there is a washer/dryer near the lobby (for which soap is not needed). The shower water pressure is great! I'm staying for 12 nights and am overall pretty happy still on...
