Staff was very friendly and helpful. The barista even opened a bag of Ethiopian beans to let me smell them--and I didn't even ask.
Bean price is REALLY good! Most places in Tokyo are 6 yen a gram at the very cheapest, but some varieties at Peace Coffee sell for less than 4 yen a gram.
The downside is some of the beans are not fresh. If you're not careful you can buy a bag of beans that's about a month old.
Edit: I had an espresso shot pulled in-house and it was mediocre. Really disappointed since they had a nice shiny La Marzocco on the counter. Also, not the greatest selection of espresso-based options--no choice of beans, no ristretto or macchiato...

They also have several non coffee options, including matcha and a delicious ginger lemonade.
