Perch by WOODBERRY COFFEE Daikanyama — Restaurant in Tokyo

Was very excited to try this coffee shop when we visited Tokyo last week, and happy to say it was worth it!

After walking around in Tokyo's infamous summer heat, we took a break and had some cold coffee to cool down with some desserts. Atmosphere of the coffee shop was very relaxing and had a lot of natural sunlight coming in, added with some greenery.

Perfect for coffee snobs as they had various coffee beans to choose from that will suit your taste. I really enjoyed the beans used in my cold brew that I bought a few beans back to brew them at home too!

Would visit again when we come back...

Excellent coffee shop with very thoughtful special coffee drinks. Ordered the Valencia latte and Espresso tonic. While Valencia has a very nice balance of spice and sweetness, we both loved the espresso tonic. The lemon and orange slices that come with the drink are preserved in brown sugar syrup, and the slight bitterness of the rinds balance really well with the bitterness of the tunic and espresso. Highly recommend!

The cafe is small but has a relaxed and cozy atmosphere. Unfortunately, the cappuccino lacked flavor, even though we were informed about the coffee beans used. The mocha was overly sweet and a little bit hard to enjoy. For the quality, the prices felt too high.

On a brighter note, the hojicha cheesecake was a pleasant surprise. Slightly creamy and full of flavor.
