Pizza to me is everything, so while i was on a holiday in Japan i decided to give it a go and see what Shinjuku has to offer, pizza bull came up first while I was searching online, plus it was less than a block away from my place.
When I walked in I was greeted in Japanese by the chef and the waitress, then I was offered an English menu. The place has no more than ten seats looks very cosy and I can see the oven right in front me! I ordered a classic one the pepperoni.
The showdown begins! The chef is making my pizza his moves are a choreography of flavours and his meticulously moves are mesmerising to watch! He flips and spins the dough while is stretching it, then he adds the ingredients on top, next thing I see it’s my pizza in the oven but to my greatest surprise he’s not letting it rest! While the pizza is in the oven he keeps constantly spinning it around ten seconds later my pizza is on front of me!
