A traditional French pastry, tarte citron is a a classic tart with lemon cream and meringue topping. The sweetness of the meringue softens the acidity of the lemon and is a simple but delicious combination. 🇫🇷

Being a chocolaterie, Presquile have replaced the meringue with a chantilly white chocolate ganache which is flavoured with vanilla and rum. 🍨🍹

This ganache is a light, fluffy, milky mousses which melts in the mouth, and is excellent. The lemon cream is not super sour, more rich and smooth, making it easy to eat for all people. 🥰

The tart pastry base adds a nice solid crunch and completes what is a sophisticated and well executed creation. 😋

Personally I would have preferred a stronger lemon punch with more zest, but I feel that this more balanced profile fits the image of Presquile better. 👍🏼

If you are a fan of lemon tarts with a twist, then this one is highly recommended! 👌🏼

🔴ラフィーユ樽甲斐ノワール ワインの香りすごい！ ワインの奥深さそのもの！ お口の中で味が変わっていきます！ 最後の方はぶどうの果汁を感じられるほど！ す、すごい…！ ラグジュアリー✨

🌹フルール（タイベリー×ライチ×薔薇） チョコの上には薔薇🌹 3層になっています。 お味の方は… は、華やか〜✨ お花の蜜のような香りが口の中に広がります。 ミツバチになった気持ち❤︎

🟨フィユ（レモングラス×シトロン×アーモンドプラリネ） レモングラスとアーモンドの食感。 トロける。

💠プレリー（ブラックベリーティー×カシス） んんん〜💕大人の落ち着いた甘味！ カシスが高校生じゃなくて、アラフォー独特の色気を出してる女性のような落ち着きです。

✨グラビエ（金胡麻×雪塩） え〜塩っぱさは感じないんだけど、スーッとした爽やかさを感じる不思議なチョコ。

🟧オリゾン（柚子×ピーナッツプラリネ） ピーナッツのざくざく あんまりフルーツを感じすぎない、 チョコのうまみを大切にしてる

◻️コリーヌ（ジャスミン×杏） ん！フルーツ感たっぷり！ 果汁があふれます。 よく海外のお土産チョコであるような ネチョネチョしたグミみたいなフルーツじゃなくて、サラッとしてるのが良いです♪♪

🟩フー（沖縄産唐辛子×松の実×バジル） こ〜れはクセがある！ スパイスたっぷり！ 全然辛くはなくて、スパイスたっぷりな味。 面白〜い！
