Anyone and everyone should definitely come here! Went with my boyfriend and friend, we had an amazing time with amazing service. The food was so good. Not too small and not too big. You can order half rather then the full appetizer which was really nice. The alcoholic drinks were so sweet which was soooo good. I don't like the taste of alcohol so I always order sweet drinks so they helped offer sweet drinks (they had not sweet drinks too) and it was perfect. Literally tasted like the fruits drinks (3)I chose (strawberry, peach and apple). I would had drank more if I wasn't so full on delicious food. The fish was really good. A night to remember and definitely made me really happy. Out of the 2 weeks I spent in Japan, this was the best meal. Definitely go because you...

I dream about the chicken nanban from here.

We went to Yaguya on one of our first days in Tokyo since we were staying nearby, managed to get a table on walking in (they were completely booked from 6:45 on) and boy were we lucky.

The staff were so much fun to talk with and helped us order with my broken Japanese. Especially recommend asking about the Gundam!! We sat next to an RX-78 (-:

From sashimi to chicken nanban to peach sodas, everything was great here. Out of the many restaurants we went to in our 3-week excursion, none of them compared to the food and overall experience at Yaguya.

Going to keep working on my Japanese just to return here someday 🙏...

Great lunch option in kichijoji. Yaguya is locared on the third floor and serves teishoku (set meals). I tried the chicken nanban set, which is also the most popular set, and would recommend it.

The fried chicken was crispy, airy and not overly oily; it paired well with the tartar sauce that was not too tart nor overpowering.

The set also comes with a free dessert of the day, which completes your meal on a sweet note.

The service is friendly and efficient. English menu is available and you can use credit card...

Japan is home to a variety of shops and restaurants that cater to curious customers with themes ranging from bizarre to extreme, and even explicit. These establishments offer a range of boundary-pushing, dark cuisine that only gets more intense as you delve deeper. **Prison Hospital Restaurant** This unique dining experience is modeled after a hospital within a prison. All the waitstaff are dressed as hospital nurses, adding a distinctive flair to the service. Each room is designed to resemble a prison cell, and the servers bring out an array of peculiar drinks and dishes, combining various intense flavors in unexpected ways. The atmosphere here is beyond anyone's imagination! Most of the menu items are quite eccentric and unusual—it all comes down to whether you dare to try them. **Address:** Shibuya-ku, Dogenzaka 2-13-5, Harvest Building 2F **Hell Restaurant** In Tokyo's Kichijoji, there's a place called "Gachi Kowai Izakaya" (Truly Scary Pub), where the environment is adorned with cobwebs and talismans. During your meal, you might be startled by staff members dressed as ghosts... This restaurant offers a dining experience that feels like stepping into the spirit world, with an entrance so eerie that it's almost too terrifying to enter. Just a two-minute walk from Kichijoji Station, you'll find Kichijoji Yuuri (the location of this haunt). From the entrance to the underground pub, there are numerous dangerous traps... The sign for the reservation waiting area reads "Tonight's Wake," and the presence of a Sadako-style doll is strikingly strong.
