Like other reviews before, I have to agree that the sales staff in the store was nothing but unfriendly and non-business minded. As a business owner, I would definitely look into this behavior. Wanted to shop a few shirts but was denied trying on any of the items. Needless to say I ended up not buying as much as I could have. By far the worst experience in Tokyo, which is generally a very hospitable city. For a store that tries so hard to be at the pinnacle of style and to be effortless cool, staff should be better trained to actually meet global standards and showcase a sense of respect towards customers and the brand....
