This was amazing. Once in a lifetime ramen. I consider myself a sort of ramen fanatic and genuinely this was the best I have ever had. I had the miso ramen with some gyoza and the miso broth was incredibly rich and creamy, and the noodles were cooked to perfection without being mushy.
