🍜 特製鶏そば / tokusei tori soba 🇯🇵 らぁ麺やまぐち / ramen yamaguchi / nishi-waseda, tokyo 🗓️ 07/21/2024
(@wei.oframen on ig for my ramen adventure 😚)
I'm still on my side quest to clear the past and current Bib Gourmands 🫡 Yamaguchi is a shop that still sits quite high on Japanese gourmet sites despite the fact that it already fell out of the Michelin guide. After the first sip of the soup, it was quite clear to me how it maintained a great score on Japanese rankings. The broth was delicious. You can’t customize the texture of the noodles, but it doesn’t matter because they are cooked to silky perfection; in fact, I would say that in terms of the texture of noodles, this is my favorite ramen place ever. Btw, the atmosphere is actually pretty classy for a ramen shop (partially due to the jazz music being played). Looking forward to trying the...
