Friendly and welcoming cafe with attentive service. Music and kitchen noise level is pretty high so this place might not be very suitable for studying/ working unless you are trying to train your concentration skills. There are no explicit signs prohibiting studying/working/ use of laptops though. There is a variety seating types available; regular tables, couches with coffee tables and individual counter seats. Food is pretty reasonably priced for the portion. My apple cinnamon waffles with caramel sauce had a creamy scoop of vanilla ice cream, but the waffles tasted similar to the make-it-yourself stuff at 3-star hotels’ breakfast. They are currently running a “Natsume Collaboration” but sadly I don’t know who that is…. Natsume sets come with a souvenir you draw out of a box. Some customers got pretty excited about what they got, so this seems like a fun sort of place.

Only downside is that they only accept cash payment.

Single bar seating at the window, a few tables and couch seating available. Great spot for studying if you like some sort of background noise. The menu has some great options but not overly packed with stuff. The waffles look amazing and I want to try those next time I come. Staff was super nice and accommodating. New favorite cafe around Waseda and Baba.
