RISTORANTE & BAR E'VOLTA 神宮外苑の杜プレミア店 — Restaurant in Tokyo

The first time I’ve ever felt compelled to leave a review for any restaurant because the staff are such a disgrace. The whole time they acted like it’s an inconvenience we were there. They pretended they had no tables when we first arrived, even though I could see plenty. When I pointed this out they reluctantly gave us a seat. We orders and our starter arrived just as we were finishing our main courses. Then when we asked for the bill, the threw a basket of bread in front of us which was clearly supposed to come at the start of the meal, presumably so they could justify a service charge. If I can stop one person going to this restaurant with this review I feel I will have changed the world...

I would recommend avoiding dinner. The service was horrible, no water or bread refills, ordering took forever and we were seated in a highly trafficked area of the restaurant despite the rest being empty.

I came with my wife and we ordered a salad for her and clam spaghetti for me. The green salad was decent, but the spaghetti with clams consisted of about 3 bites of spaghetti and maybe two and a half clams. Overall the taste was OK, but the spaghetti was a bit on the al dente side.

The worst part of the meal is that I left as hungry as when I arrived and my wallet was 6000...

I love this restaurant!! This is located in a great place! This restaurant is in a hotel lobby. The hotel is just in front of the a Olympic stadium!!!! They have really cozy and elegant interiors! Of course I want to try balcony next time for sure! From your seats you can see the garden out of the window!!! The staffs are kind and give us great hospitality!! I was really fascinated the places they serve!! One of the plates are from famous pottery products in Arita Kyushu!!!! I talked about this with staffs!! Really nice...
