Sakura House Sendagaya 4-Chome — Hotel in Tokyo

I just stayed one month in this Sakura residence (march 2023). As I read the comments here before coming I was afraid that the room would be old, dirty or with cockroaches. But I needed a cheap room so... And finally I didn't regret choosing this room. I was in building B, appartement 1F & B1F (my room was on the first floor). And yes it's true that the apartment is quite old, some new floors and new paint on the walls would be a great improvement but nevertheless, it was not a dump at all and most important quite clean. No bugs, no dust even under the bed and my flatmates were always cleaning their kitchen stuff. The only bad thing was the wifi which was awful ! Sakura House is a failed company. Lived here a long ago as a student and had good memories of it, so I decided to use it for a temporary stay in 2022. But now internet doesn't work, there are cockroaches and it is obvious that no upkeep has been done to the building in decades. High turnoever staff ignores basic facts and Sakura tried to charge me for parking my motorbike in the premises after I was told it was free and had already registered it with them and brought it over. Really convenient location. Close to OK supermarket and very close to kitasando station. Walking distance to Shibuya, Harajuku, Yoyogi and Shinjuku. Also walking distance to Yoyogi park.
