Royal Host Nishikasai — Restaurant in Tokyo

I had Very BAD experience with this restaurant because of following reasons a) I ordered chicken, it was very hard and fleshy b) 1 out of 3 same menu was cold c) 2 of 4 water glasses were smelly, i did not drink water. d) The waiter were rude in every single behavior, just for an example, i finished eating and child had almost finished but still eating, waiter asked, can i remove the plates of child? I was shocked. it was just 7:30pm. i told to wait for some time, then whenever he walks on the way, just looked at my child plate at least 3times. Overall we spent just 30min only.

I complained above to the billing counter staff, not so much bothered, then i complained to the in-charge, there was Zero explanation and did not investigate anything, just said sorry and managed me until i leave.
