Oh, what a day! I've just returned from an incredible coffee experience at 喫茶サテラ, a traditional Japanese coffee shop that has been passed down through generations and is now under the ownership of a passionate new proprietor. It was such a thrill to discover this hidden gem in Shibuya, just a mere 6 minutes from the East exit of JR Shibuya. From the moment I stepped inside, I was transported to another time and place. The warm and inviting atmosphere of the café is simply mesmerizing, and it's no wonder that it's so well-known and revered amongst coffee enthusiasts. Although it's located inside a building and can be a bit tricky to find, trust me, the search is more than worth it! I simply had to try their famous pudding, and I was not disappointed. The flavor was sublime and had me wanting more with every bite. But the real star of the show was the specialty blend coffee I ordered, straight from Colombia 🇨🇴. The aroma alone was intoxicating, and the taste was smooth and satisfying. To top it all off, the cup it was served in was a true work of art! 【お店概要】 プリンが大人気のレトロ喫茶店。

他のお店には無い個性的なプリン！ なめらかな食感と優しく程良い甘さがクセになる。美味しさの秘密はクリームチーズと練乳。 濃厚だけど甘すぎない！ コーヒーとの相性バッチリ！

期間限定で特別なフレーバーも登場する！ 今回は「コーヒーミルクプリン」！ だいたい毎年同じ時期に 同じフレーバーのプリンが登場する。

プリンは売り切れない日の方が珍しいので、 プリン目的の人は注意！

コーヒーは、浅煎り・中煎り・深煎りの 3種類のブレンド豆から選ぶことができる。 1杯ずつ丁寧にハンドドリップで淹れている。

その他、カフェラテや写真映えのする クリームソーダなど、喫茶店ならではの ドリンクを提供している。

都会の喧騒を忘れさせてくれる、 ホッと落ち着く大人の空間。

季節で変わる期間限定プリンの中でも 個人的に1番好きなプリン！！！ だから絶対に食べたかった！！

コーヒーを抽出した牛乳を使ったプリン。 ミルクのまろやかさにコーヒーの 香り・風味が加わる。 通常は焼き上げて固めるが これは冷やし固めているため、 よりなめらかな食感！！

かぼちゃ感は少ないけど、生クリームやバター、卵、かぼちゃのバランスが良くて美味しい😋 カラメルは薄め

しっかりと固い焼きプリン🍮

店内は暗くて、古いビルの中なんだけど洒落た感じ

細長くて席は狭め カウンター5席、2人掛けのテーブル5つなので少人数がオススメ

40年以上前の喫茶店を改装したレトロな雰囲気 ノリタケの食器が好きなので嬉しい

渋谷なので客層はかなり若く、店内は少し騒がしい

週末夕方で1組待ち 5分ぐらいで入れました プリンはたくさん仕込んでいるようで閉店1時間前でもありました

ビル内の店舗なので待つのは寒くない⭕️
