It is unfortunate that there’s no rating under one star for this place. I went to the 2nd floor for lunch and ordered pork, and the pork was pink, which was okay. But halfway through, the pork began to bleed so bad that it spread through the sauce. I told the staff and the she came back from the kitchen and explained in very fast Japanese, although she knew that I was a foreigner and not well in Japanese, that it is supposed to be that way, and asked if I wanted to warm the pork again. The staff also didn’t forget to give me the look and expression that I was the picky customer to even ask about the bleeding pork. Well, I think a simple apology would have been fine, as I’ve already lost my appetite with the blood spreading all over the sauce, but no, it was my fault to not able to eat pork blood. I truly think that this place is over-rated (especially the 2nd floor), and they really should do something with the service. The look on the staff’s face and the pork blood over my dish will be unforgettable every time I pass this place.
