DO NOT STAY HERE! Long post alert!! Me and my boyfriend were staying at this hotel for 5 nights at the start of a 2 week trip. On our second day there, we went out all day to disneyland and when we got back we noticed one of our hotel room keys (the one that stays in the card slot so the electricity can be on) was gone so all the lights were off. This was weird as we'd left the hotel room numerous times and that card stayed there since we'd checked in (also always remains there at every hotel I've ever stayed at). The first thing I did was open my suitcase to check my money and 110,000 yen (about $1500 AUD) was missing from my suitcase. I had a stack of notes, about 137,000 yen all up and all that was left was 27,000. The money was rolled up inside my clothes then put in my underwear section in a zipped up part inside my suitcase which was fully closed when I left and keep in mind there was no safe in the room. This is my third trip to japan and I've only ever had the best experience and obviously never thought a hotel employee would go through my suitcase and steal from me, in hindsight I should have locked my case but again I didnt think I had anything to worry about judging from the reviews of this place. We went to the front desk immediately to report this and the manager who couldnt speak English spent about an hour reviewing footage of who'd been in our room which was 3 employees total. I was extremely distressed through this all as that was basically all of my spending money gone and not only could the manager not speak English but I didnt feel like he believed me or was empathetic. We asked for the police to be called immediately and they did come and we spent about 2 hours talking to them about opening an investigation. They told us that these things can take weeks or months and as soon as we leave the country the investigation is over. I think the hotel manager knew that and was unwilling to investigate further because we would be 'out of their hair'soon. I spent every single day downstairs for at least 2 hours demanding that the 3 staff that were in our room be brought in for questioning. The manager asked all 3 staff if they did it, they all said no and he left it at that. I was furious because not only has my holiday been ruined but as I told him he has a criminal working for him which is not ok. Eventually, after screaming out of frustration in front of his other customers for days, he refunded our entire stay there (about $600 aud which is just over a third of what this hotel stole from me) and we left it at that as there was nothing I could do with the police and the hotel refused to interrogate the staff further. All in all, this was the worst experience I have ever had a hotel and I would advise to not stay here or if you absolutely must then make sure you lock everything you own when...
Read moreThis is the first time I feel like giving a bad review to a hotel. Not only do I not recommend this hotel, but customers will flee unless they are more careful when hiring waiters at the front desk.I have stayed at most hotels in Roppongi for business trips, but this hotel had the worst experience.Regardless of the environment, first of all, the attitude was very bad, and the front desk... There was one waiter, a fairly thick woman, who looked like a housewife and had a bad attitude towards customers, making me wonder if she was even aware that she was in the service industry. I think there's something wrong with treating customers like a boss. I think this hotel will definitely close someday because of waiters like this. It's nice to have the guests follow the hotel rules, but it's the waiters who want to make sure they follow the rules. If you act like a sloppy person, you'll make the guests feel bad and they won't want to follow the rules. I will advise my friends to avoid this hotel.Check it out! Lightning protection! Mine shelter! The best liquor store in all of Tokyo. Near Roppongi, the same number of restaurants are located near Fuyozumi Raimu/Candeo, etc., and the first branch is located near Yuyu.In the previous residence, the primary body was not good, other people's liquor stores in the city provided water springs, and other people's washing tables were directly used for drinking water, the first residence was not good, and the next residence was also strange. It's a strange feeling...The contrary feeling is that the water is gone, it's a direct water intake source, it's not a source of nuclear radiation...Ba*t 1 building...The difference in wind and taste is not known...The door is available for purchase, and the ice cream and ice cream are available at the door. 1,400 yuan in the future, the real difference between the origin of residence and the actual residence, etc., and the arrival of this liquor store is 100 yuan left and right relocation...Afterwards, foreigners do not need to build a residence, the foreigners' working habits are different, there is no meeting with the Japanese language...I have a preference for the previous one, and the length of the side meat is long enough for the woman to be in charge of the front desk.Is it possible to be in charge of the front desk? I'm a Japanese person, and I don't know what the circumstances are, and the same story goes: There are some police officers who are complaining about the incident.Anti-correction feeling and difference. Is it the liquor store's old board girl, do you need to call the hotel's staff? The sincerity of foreigners is unfounded, and it is in great danger... Roppongi is a separate house, and Roppongi is originally a place where you should pay for it, and the gender ratio is even more difficult. Fujoju Taipei...
Read moreWe booked the 2 bedroom suite with kitchen and after reading all the comments about how small rooms were, we were delighted as we had plenty of room. Each of the 2 bedrooms had 2 small doubles and were really comfy so we slept brilliantly. There was a separate toilet and an amazing shower room, the best EVER. The main room had a small kitchen unit and a lounge. Also dolce gusto coffee pod machine which was lovely. It was all really clean, like everywhere in Tokyo. The location is brilliant. We landed at Narita and caught the Access Narita bus which was only 1000 yen. We got off at Ginza and got on the metro. Hibiya (silver) line just 4 stops to Roppongi. We bought 72 hour metro passes at Airport for 1500 yen each. Get off metro and find exit 2, this is very important! Then very easy as you exit station, walk past Family mart shop, turn right and you will see sign for hotel just another quick right and you are there. You can get milk and supermarket sushi at Family Mart. Loads of places to eat, our favourite was a real locals place, we found it when we came back on the Oedo (magenta) line and exited at exit 4and there it was! No English name but panda Picture on a flag and English menus inside. I got a bowl of ramen, a bowl of rice and 12 dumplings for 700 yen! It was so good and far too much, especially as all 4 of us ordered same! We took all the leftover dumplings away and ate them for tea next day, so good. Highly...
