SHAKE SHACK Gaien — Restaurant in Tokyo

Strolling around the area and found Shake Shake, it was packed but some seats still available. The place were clean, this place lives up to the hype! Located in the bustling area of Gaien, this spot offers a fantastic blend of American classics with. The ambiance is lively and welcoming, with a modern and clean design that makes it a great place to hang out with friends or family. The Burger was juicy and flavorful, with fresh lettuce, tomato, and their signature ShackSauce. The patty was cooked to perfection, and the potato bun was soft yet sturdy enough to hold everything together. I also tried the hot dogs and some crinkle-cut fries, which were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside—exactly how fries should be! The milkshakes were thick, creamy, and just the right level of sweetness. The quality and unique offerings make it worth the splurge. Service was fast and friendly, even during peak hours. Love a good burger! A bit far to reach, but it has decent space,and an outdoor ping pong table. Heaters and blankets during the winter for the patio seats. There sweets are a heart attack, but it's nice to have a bite every now and then. The English here is surprisingly not the best, so don't be shy to start playing a game of charades and gesture... I recommend going during the fall, as the ginko trees here are amazing, the street is closed so take out your cameras too. And you can always go for a run afterward.

One bathroom, wheel chair friendly, however the main entrance to the store is blocked, any strollers or wheelchairs, you have to move things out of the way to get in. Major flaw. Otherwise if you're thin and walking on two legs : easy...

Extremely overpriced but a decent enough burger. I was underwhelmed by the Ebisu branch but this one, whether because they weren't crowded or because they've worked the kinks out was a much better experience. Burgers weren't over spiced and the buns were fluffy yet held together, the condiments were well balanced. Fries were meh but good enough, the cheese fry I grabbed from a friends plate were just as disgusting as the ones at the Ebisu branch. Shake was heavenly but about twice what I'd normally be willing to pay. Service was with a smile and proactive an overall pleasure.

I'll go again if I happen to be in the area and hungry but WOW, it'll have to be after I rob...
