Strolling around the area and found Shake Shake, it was packed but some seats still available. The place were clean, this place lives up to the hype! Located in the bustling area of Gaien, this spot offers a fantastic blend of American classics with. The ambiance is lively and welcoming, with a modern and clean design that makes it a great place to hang out with friends or family. The Burger was juicy and flavorful, with fresh lettuce, tomato, and their signature ShackSauce. The patty was cooked to perfection, and the potato bun was soft yet sturdy enough to hold everything together. I also tried the hot dogs and some crinkle-cut fries, which were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside—exactly how fries should be! The milkshakes were thick, creamy, and just the right level of sweetness. The quality and unique offerings make it worth the splurge. Service was fast and friendly, even during peak hours. Overall, a fantastic spot for a delicious and satisfying meal in Tokyo. Love, Bunny

Had an amazing experience at Shake Shack Gaien in Tokyo! I ordered two Shack Burgers, and they were perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor. The fries were crispy, golden, and seasoned just right, adding the perfect touch to an already great meal. The outdoor seating is surrounded by beautiful trees, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere for dining. Service was quick and friendly, making the whole experience even better. If you’re craving a delicious burger and fries in Tokyo, Shake Shack Gaien is the place to go! Highly recommend and will definitely return.

It’s a Shake Shack- Curley crunchy fries, small burgers, slightly on the expensive side, you have to order everything separately (no sets) and in advance. The smoked burger is my personal choice but there’s also a vegan choice with the mushroom burger. All are good but definitely not the best burgers you can get in Tokyo. Their bags are nice and easy to carry and they serve the burgers on a cardboard tray when you take out. This branch is at Icho Namiki (the Ginko Tree boulevard) so it’s quite packed around the Fall. On weekends expect to stand in line too.

Nice spot for a patio lunch or dinner with outdoor Lights, large group seating, and a little bit of shade. The burger was good.. I was missing those US burgers! I had the lettuce burger since I'm low carbing and it was fabulous! French fries were typical frozen brands, but I would return for a burger again. Alcohol is available if your keen. It's on the same street as the beautiful yellow trees in the Fall, so extra bonus views then. There was also a corvette line up if fancy cars outside showing off their lights and noises.

This Shake Shack is good just like the rest of the numerous Shake Shacks around the globe. The prices are decent, and the location is outstanding. The patio is smack-dab in the middle of fall colors. It serves beer. It isn’t overly crowded. But you can probably find better burgers in Tokyo since the city has everything and chefs that make it theirs life’s work to perfect every kind of food. Would I stop here while exploring the city? Absolutely! I did. Enjoy Shake Shack for what it is, and you’ll be very satisfied.

You can enjoy drinks and food in a very amazing location very close to nature. The restaurant have a very nice outdoor seatings, in addition to the indoors. Very friendly staff, and very welcoming. The drinks are good, my only regret was ordering something cold at a cold night, however, the bloody orange lemonade tasted really nice. Very relaxing place, and the prices is good! I would visit again when I visit area again.
