Shikhar — Restaurant in Tokyo

Something over 30 seats on the second floor with a very nice city view. Mostly Nepali decorations and staff with Hindi music. But an Indian flag, so I'm not sure how much Nepali. Wi-Fi available on request.

The curry of the day was chicken eggplant and included beans in a thick base. Nonlinear spice scale? High numbers sound dangerous, but I went with a four and it wasn't that strong. I saw the naan, and it looks large and delicious, but my set had something similar to a cheese naan, but I think the batter is heavier than naan. I actually used a knife to cut it up. Actually reminded me of a Nepali place in Gunma. I thought the soup was egg drop, but with onion taste? Eat with caution! On my second visit to this place I encountered a staff member who didn't really speak Japanese or English. I have dietary needs so I was nervous but because I ate there before I thought I'd be ok. I wasn't and now I'm really sick.

I tried to call the restaurant to explain but the person (maybe the same one) answering the phone couldn't understand basic Japanese or English. I tried to say I was sick and he asked me what time I wanted the reservation. Very frustrating!

The manager was kind when meeting him and his English and Japanese are both very fluent. However, his staff should not be answering the phone or interacting with customers.

What the hell restaurant is it ? When i went to this restaurant i couldn't understand is it in japan or his own country? The server don't know about any greetings and how to talk with customers. Also, we ordered 'chicken biriyani ( Japanese rice ) ' but he served us normal chicken biriyani. We don't know the difference between them. That's why i ate them. Finally when we went for the payment . He billed for normal chicken biriyani, which is so expensive. Then i showed him that we didn't ordered that. Then he argue with us.
