About 30 seats in a plain, but bright, atmosphere. It's inside the park and has no Wi-Fi or charging (of course). Some kind of special lease, perhaps even with a long family history? Basically for the convenience of tourists now. I went with a cold fox soba. The noodles are chilled, not the fox, but legends say the fried tofu appeals to foxes. The tofu struck me as unusally sweet, but maybe that's how foxes like it? The wasabi was also unsually striking, perhaps freshly ground. Overall I can only call it a low four stars.

I just love the fact I can order sweet potato ice cream here and enjoy it at the park. The inside looked pretty vibey, but it was packed on a Sunday afternoon. I think it’s a cute little date spot while taking a walk around the park. :)

井の頭恩賜公園の北西にあるお休み処です。和甘味やうどんやカレー、スパゲティなどの食事もいただけます。店内は4人掛けのテーブル席がずらりと並んだ落ち着いた食堂のような雰囲気で、掃き出しの大きな窓が並んでおり、井の頭恩賜公園の豊かな緑を眺められます。 クリーム白玉あんみつ 800円 抹茶(hot) 400円 いわゆる想像通りの典型的なあんみつでホッとします。抹茶にちょこっとお菓子が添えられています。以前よりも値上がりしたようですが、それでもお手頃な値段でゆっくりできます。海外からのお客様も利用していました。お店の方が英語のメニューを案内されていました。 食事も美味しそうなので、次回は甘味以外のものを食べてみたいです。ごちそうさまでした。

Cute little lunch place right next to the park. Very good Udon and soba dishes. My friend's yakitori chicken was also very nice. A nice spot to relax in the shade...
