Starbucks Coffee - Nakano-sakaue Metropia — Restaurant in Tokyo

August 9th around 8:30pm! The customer service at this Starbucks is probably the worst in all of Japan. The cashier area was empty and still I had to wait to pay because the staff were busy talking and laughing amongst themselves! Then after paying the staff didn’t put my food in a tray and just handed it directly even though I said I’ll eat inside here! Then I asked for a tray and with a frown the staff gave one! Afterwards, the male staff who prepared the drink didn’t put a straw and just pointed like saying there in a rude way when I asked for a straw. Then I told him that the area he pointed to has not narrow small straws and I wanted a big thick one straw since my drink was Ventti size. He took a big straw from behind the counter and banged it on the counter. After all the male staff didn’t even say thank you even though I said thank you! It seems the staff here are all part time workers who don’t really care much about customers and they don’t know how to provide proper customer service! Very very disappointing experience!!! I don’t recommend this Starbucks shop since you’ll be extremely sad and disappointed after...
