Very busy Starbucks along side a main road with easy access. Offers both dine-in and drive-thru but be aware it can only be accessed going outbound from Shinjuku not inbound. Staff are pleasant and friendly and there’s a large amount of seats available, both outside and indoors including a second floor. Standard covid procedures in place, sanitiser on arrival, social distance in line, one empty table between you and the next person. They also have a small-medium sized amount of goods available for purchase along with seasonal drinks...

Slow as grass growing! Priority is given to drive-thru orders. Staff is completely disorganized. It shouldn't take 10 minutes for me to order at hot tea and have it ready. Too many questions asked. Drive through is nice...if you happen to be going the direction where the entrance is easily accessible..if you are on the opposite side of the street, it is a 15 minute detour minimum! Locations aside - Your standard SB experience...
