Quite tiny corner shop bakery. (But they have all sorts you need so you're all set!)

Funny donut faces 🍩, a range of sweet to salty bakery to choose from, incredibly affordable prices plus quality. From classic croissant and pain au chocolat to the anpanman face donuts and fried toasts! I just stumbled upon this gem totally by accident on a Sunday morning. Many shops around Sumomo was closed so its diligent working hours are also a big plus!

Sumomo smartly reduces the labor cost by making packing your takeaway bakery your responsibility. The clerk only handles the payment and you can pack your bread at the packing corner right next to the cashier.

We got the; 🍞 Beef Stew pastry - was comforting with a good balance of flavours, though I found it a bit on the bland side. The pastry dough had a nice texture – soft and doughy without being too heavy or stale. It’s a solid choice if you’re looking for something hearty.

Cheap bakery with French toast

French toast was almost too sweeet so not for me but at the 180yen price I cannot complain

They go a lot of bread in the 200-300 range so worth a peek

The weird thing about this bakery is how they make you bag your own bread 🥴 Been to over a hundred bakeries at this point.

Expensive and remote ones in the country side and NEVER seen this Weirder since it’s in the omotesando area And no workers were not...
