I was able to eat at Sushi Ichigo with a group of friends a few days ago. We made a prior reservation and ended up taking up the whole restaurant with our group of 8. I absolutely loved our experience here! The chef and waitress are both so kind and accommodating. We had over 20 pieces in our omakase and I was so full by the end of it. My personal favorites were the toro (fatty tuna), Sakura ebi, and the Akamatsu. Honorable mention to the way he STACKED the Uni into a mountain!! For dessert we had homemade caramel ice cream. Honestly the whole experience was just incredible and the best dinner we had all trip. Thank you so much for the wonderful dinner. It was 100% worth the long trip from Roppongi!

最高のお寿司！！千歳烏山の駅から5分ほど歩いた住宅街の中にある静かなお店で、入ると手前に8席のカウンターと奥に一つテーブル席。カウンターは綺麗な白木で、背もたれ肘掛付きの椅子は落ち着いて過ごせる。 お寿司のみのコース（15貫)と、料理+お寿司のコース（8貫）があって、連れは寿司のみ、私は料理+寿司コースと無理をきいていただいた。 お通しから美味しくて、皮剥のお刺身、焼き蛤、いくらとどれも一仕事してあってお酒が進む。お酒は春鹿、〆張鶴、獺祭、黒龍などがあった。 握りもネタとシャリが一体化しているような感覚で口に入れるとほぐれ、赤酢のシャリはネタの味を引き立てるように感じた。美味しくて追加でお寿司をいくつか頼んでしまった。 カウンターの向こうで仕事をするご主人の動きや丁寧に整えられた道具や器も美しくて、いいお寿司を食べに来たなという満足感があった。また必ず行きたいお店。
