First encounter was email exchange about the room and baby cot bed and they are happy to install one for me in the room. Then I asked about early check in they said we need to pay 1000 yen per hour from 12 noon until 3pm which is the normal check in time, however if we arrive early they can help store our luggage first. I agreed as our flight arriving 7am in the morning so we will need to rest after 14 hours flight. So upon arriving around 10:30am the male staff (tall) without any smile or any friendliness, I asked about check in and luggage storage and he doesn’t seem interested and not very helpful. Finally he gave us a tag for our luggage and I felt super unwelcome. So we went to find something to eat before our early check in at 12noon. Then we came back to check in different male staff told us to do the check in using the machine and it’s all in Japanese lol so I struggled a bit but we finally did it paid 3000 yen got the key card and about to go to our room. 2 other staff with better English came out and said sorry as they have not yet put the baby cot in the room so we just will have to wait a bit. I said okay and we went to the room and wait for them to install the baby bed. They came very quickly and install for us but by that time it was 12:25pm, where are half of my 1000yen? lol anyway we were so tired so we left it as that.
The room itself is small specially we have a baby cot in twin room.
There is a smell from the bathroom which I was not expecting in Japan hotel. 😨
Carpet a bit worn out even the hotel is quite new.
No wardrobe only few hangers on the wall rack.
No space to open our suitcases and we also have a pushchair as you can see.
We used the washing drying machine but it never dry properly we had to extend the drying which cost 100 yen per hour. We extended twice. So 600+100+100 😒
Apart from the first staff from day one we’ve met, all other staff are friendly with a smile. Even house keeping very friendly and very quick to deliver when I asked for towels.
This hotel is directly above JR station and shopping mall very convenient. Good for short stay but we booked 11 nights there I wish I hadn’t and it’s not cheap at all compare to...
Read moreOur recent stay at a hotel conveniently located just above a JR station was marked by comfort and convenience, even though we opted to drive. It's worth noting for future guests that parking is available near the hotel. We found it most convenient to park on the 4th floor of the car park and take a short walk near the escalator directly to the hotel on the 3rd floor of the building. The room exceeded our expectations in size, a welcome surprise as it was larger than many typical hotel rooms in Japan. The cleanliness and modernity of the room were impeccable, and there were no unpleasant odors. The shower pressure was notably strong, which added to the comfort of our stay. Hotel amenities such as makeup remover, face wash, lotion, toner, and bath salts were available for self-service in the lobby, offering a wide range of choices.Located within a shopping mall, the hotel provided excellent access to dining and shopping conveniences. For breakfast, we received meal coupons valued at 1,000 yen each, which could be used at any restaurant within the mall. If the cost of the meal exceeded the value of the coupon, we simply paid the difference. While we believe the coupons could be used from 7 AM to 11 PM, we utilized ours for breakfast at a cafe. This flexible dining option was a significant advantage, allowing us to choose from...
Read moreGreat hotel for a great price. It is soooo convenient being connected to the train station!! I did not notice any sounds from the station either. They let you grab as many amenities as you need, plus the rooms and bathrooms are a good size! (Still smallish, but much better than other hotels we have stayed at in Japan such as APA). The beds and pillows are comfortable. They have coin washers/dryers that are a single machine so you dont have to go move your clothes from the washer to the dryer. Plus you can turn your TV to see how long there is left on your clothes. Overall...
