Food was not bad. However, service was awful, noting about speaking Japanese. We came with 5 people ordered over 10 drinks and 20 dishes. Someone we knew came in also 5 of them they ordered their own food, I came over to say hello, after that they came to tell us that they would have to join our table. Even though we did not meet up with them on purpose, just to say hello. They sale they would not let that group have a table because they knew us, even though they ordered drinks and food, separately. So anyways then they said we ordered too many drinks. We ordered total of 18 drinks, between all of us that’s about 1 to 2 each. Ridiculous. As a customer I would give this store customer service (-10) but google map doesn’t have the negative review option. As I also work in Japanese company I know how an employees should try to make customer feel good and comfortable. But from entering to getting out of the shop I felt really uncomfortable with the service of one of the employee who was really rude and arrogant 😡😡with us . Maybe we were a foreigner cause he didn’t even feel to say”irrasayimase “ and his reaction was why this guy came here😠. Not too bad, it's quite spacious and the food arrives relatively quick. I would say the food is pretty good but nothing that would really stand out in tokyo. Price is a little pricey for what it is but it's to be expected when you dine in ginza, it's probably one of the cheaper options in gina.
