There are actually 2 shops here. One specialising in miso based ramen and the other specialising in tsukemen /rich pork broth. We ate at the store on the right side and evidently, there are more diners here. Chanced upon this restaurant as people kept streaming to this shop.

Firstly, the noodles were chewy, bouncy and had a good bite. It was a good set of noodles and did not have the alkaline taste that others might have. Do note that the noodles used for the tsukemen are thicker than that of the ramen. I personally feel the tsukemen noodle are a big too big for comfort but nethertheless, it was still a joy to chew.

The tsukemen broth wasn't overly salty, and well balanced. Pork slices was tender and you could see portions of fat but the fat was well cooked and did not taste fatty/oily at all. My only comment would be that the seasoned egg lacked flavour. Do note that the pork slices in the #1 tsukemen was much less than the ramen #5, so not sure what the higher price was made towards.

Service was good and the staff were friendly. You can see that this is very well oiled and highly communicative team. It was a joy seeing them work. They had fairly good command of English too.

Biggest problem the shop had was the ordering machine which took money first then select your order unlike other machine where you select your order first. That confused us and other diners cos we kept getting change rather than getting our orders in.

This is a chain so if you do come across a similar store,...

One of the few excellent miso ramen spots in Tokyo.

Wait time from order (giving tickets at counter) to food served: apprx 4min

Noodle quality: rather high. Chashiew quality: hand made to perfection, not overly sweet, which is great, but cut paper thin. Please give us at least 2-3mm slices.

Broth: definitely the star of the show. Thick, rich and full of flavor. The kara miso added on the side is exceptional.

Overall very filling, and of premium quality. Felt a little cheated on the chashiew but otherwise excellent. I'll be...

Caught in the rain with two octogenarians on our first night in Tokyo, we stumbled across Tsujita - and we could not have been more satisfied with the food and service. A very kind chef helped us navigate the vending-type machine to order our ramen. He jumped out from behind the counter and talked us through. We went inside and the soup was just delicious. Creamy miso base with pork. Could not have been happier. Great value too. Thoroughly recommend if you are...

Tsujita Iidabashi absolutely blew us away. The ramen has deep, rich broth, perfectly chewy noodles, and just a bowl full of flavor! Every bite was comforting and satisfying. We loved it so much we came back a second time during our trip—it was hands down one of the best meals we had in Japan. The chef was genuinely kind and helpful, which made the experience even more memorable. If you’re anywhere near Iidabashi, make the time to stop by Tsujita. You won’t regret it!

Delicious tsukemen that I will definitely come back for. I have had Tsujita in Los Angeles, USA, and it’s one of my favorite places to eat. I’m glad that the one in LA seems quite faithful to the original. The tsukemen is slightly pricier than others I’ve had in Tokyo, but no complaints. Next time I’ll order a lil bit more noodles because it was so good. This location was busy but didn’t need to wait long to be seated.
